Talking one on one was fine for me, but as soon as other noises mixed into the conversation, I had trouble understanding. I didn’t have any real concerns about getting help because I was ready to improve my hearing and welcomed Great Lakes Hearing opening a store close by. My first impression was that they were very accommodating and helpful. Now, I can take part in conversations when there is more than one speaker. They are always glad to help and make you happy.
