Jill is fantastic, I recently had a wax build up and ear infection, she carefully diagnosed the issue and was able to remove the wax enabling me to hear again.

I can't say enough about Jill and her level of service to customers. After a recent adjustment to the charging box my remote became unpaired with the aids. Jill drove to my house to fix that problem.

I just had a great service experience with Great Lakes. A hearing aid failing on a Friday is never good but Meghan and Jill were able to make time for me.

Worth the drive to Wiarton from Port Elgin. Jill Curtis was a pleasant surprise. She has a cheerful personality, was professional and thorough. She spent 45 minutes with me at no charge.
