They were very professional, with a thorough exam and testing, good communication, teaching about using the aids, and excellent follow up. Jill always listens to concerns, makes adjustments when needed, and follow-up care is just as important, with scheduled appointments and reminders. Since getting hearing aids, I am able to hear so much better in various settings, like busy crowded spaces, hands-free phone use, listening to music and podcasts, and watching TV. They are barely visible, so many people don’t even realize I wear them, which is nice.
