I started having trouble hearing in social situations, although I can't remember an exact moment when I realized something was wrong. I had no concerns before contacting Great Lakes Hearing. My first impression was that they were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The hearing aids have made it easier for me to hear conversations, and I am more amenable to going into social situations now. I found everyone easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend them and already have.
