I first realized I had a hearing challenge when my family would get upset because they had to come and fetch me, instead of just calling to me from another room. I had no concerns about contacting Great Lakes Hearing because I already knew Jill Curtis, and she was terrific then, so I trusted her to be even better now. Both Jill and her assistant were friendly and put me at ease quickly. After having my hearing aids adjusted three days ago, I can now go to a restaurant and have a conversation with my friends without being annoyed by background noise. The service is terrific.
