I first realized I might have a hearing challenge when I had to ask people to repeat themselves and kept turning up the TV. I had no concerns about getting my ears checked because my mother had hearing problems and would not go, so I had no problem seeking help for myself. My first impression of Great Lakes Hearing was that I was treated with respect and felt comfortable.

They are very helpful if you have any problems, just go into the office and they give advice. Wearing hearing aids has made my life much better. I really miss them if I don’t have them on. I would tell anyone who is concerned about their hearing to make an appointment and go. Life changes.
