Great Lakes hearing is the best thing that has happened to me with my hearing, confidence and support from the staff. All I have to do is call if I have a concern and they arrange for me to come in to solve the issues. They feel very much like caring friends!

I realized I might have a hearing challenge when I was asking my husband to repeat things too frequently, even though I could hear others clearly. I had only heard good things and was eager for Jill’s expertise to address my issues. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and at ease with Jill and Meghan, and it was obvious we were not just a number. My hearing aids are so comfortable that I sometimes forget I am wearing them, even in bed. My quality of life has improved because I no longer struggle to hear softer voices.

I especially enjoy Jill’s wonderful sense of humour, and we joked that working with her was better than marriage counselling.
