I first realized I had a hearing challenge when I noticed that if I slept on my left side I couldn’t hear anything out of my right ear. It helped with a snoring partner, but then I started having issues during the day, especially as the driver when passengers would talk to me. I didn’t have any concerns before reaching out to Great Lakes Hearing. My first impression was excellent. Jill is so kind and approachable and eased all of my concerns. I now wear an aid in only one ear because that is where the loss is, and it helps when I am driving with a passenger or in a large group of people.
