I first realized I may have a hearing challenge when I was unable to hear and understand conversations at home unless I was facing the person talking. I had experience with two hearing providers before, but followed Jill to her new offering at Great Lakes Hearing because of her professionalism and care. My first impression was the extra effort Jill put in to adjust my existing hearing aids rather than immediately recommending replacements. If you want to appreciate how much you need your hearing aids, try going without them for a few hours—you’ll quickly notice missing out on subtleties like a bird chirping or will likely be told by a family member to put your ears in.  

 My favourite part of working with the clinic is their true desire to determine a problem and find a solution. If someone is considering visiting, I would say don't hesitate. Jill genuinely cares about her patients’ wellbeing and will diagnose your hearing problem through various tests to provide a made-for-you solution.
