My biggest concern was not hearing my family, especially my granddaughter. I had no real fears before contacting Great Lakes Hearing. I was very pleased with how kind and friendly everyone was. I was able to express exactly how I was feeling and felt I had been heard. Hearing aids made me very aware of what I could be missing but am not. I always feel I can get in touch with concerns.
