I first realized something was up with my hearing when my son told me after a family get-together that I was missing out on a bunch of the conversations, and suggested I get my hearing checked. I was concerned because it was getting difficult to hear all the conversation when talking to someone on the phone. My favorite thing has been how friendly and helpful the receptionist and Jill were with any questions before, during, and after getting my hearing aids.
