I would recommend the small town office over any of the larger more corporate ones!

My hearing loss was a gradual decline, so I didn’t have a sudden moment of realization. Before contacting Great Lakes Hearing, my main concern was just trying to understand what people were saying. My first impression was that everyone was friendly and professional, with personal service. Hearing aids have made it easier to hear some things, though I still have some trouble if people talk too fast. My favourite thing about working with the clinic is the non-rushed feeling of personal service.
