I had some wax build up in one ear that I had flushed out, and decided to have a hearing test at Great Lakes Hearing to get a baseline for future tests. Jill explained everything quite well, and she is very accommodating to the individual's needs and preferences. She fitted my husband with hearing aids that best suited him. I also appreciate the calm atmosphere where you don't feel rushed through your appointment.
