I was slow to acknowledge how bad my hearing was, but it was great to have the issue addressed. I had no concerns before contacting Great Lakes Hearing and was impressed right away, from the warm reception to Jill, who was very welcoming and great at providing information and answering questions. The hearing aids make it much better to engage fully in conversations. If you are concerned about your hearing, go for it. Nothing to lose.
