Who Can You Nominate?
We welcome nominations for adults aged 19 and older. This could be a loved one, friend, neighbour, or someone in your community whose life could be brightened by better hearing.

Every person nominated will be offered a free hearing assessment and free wax removal at Great Lakes Hearing.
What Will the Winner Receive?
The prize includes:
One pair of Bernafon Encanta 400 MR R hearing aids.
A full hearing assessment completed at Great Lakes Hearing.
Professional fitting of the hearing aids by our clinic.
A full warranty for the hearing aids.
The selected winner must complete a full hearing assessment at our clinic. We will also need to contact their healthcare practitioner to obtain a prescription before fitting their hearing aids.

Jill is fantastic, I recently had a wax build up and ear infection, she carefully diagnosed the issue and was able to remove the wax enabling me to hear again.

I can't say enough about Jill and her level of service to customers. After a recent adjustment to the charging box my remote became unpaired with the aids. Jill drove to my house to fix that problem.

Worth the drive to Wiarton from Port Elgin. Jill Curtis was a pleasant surprise. She has a cheerful personality, was professional and thorough. She spent 45 minutes with me at no charge.
